IMPORTANT NOTICE:
With great sadness as of December 16, 2009,  Peonies will be closing it's online store. Due to the growth of my other company & the birth of my 3rd child I no longer have the time to manage the boutique. I have enjoyed helping many mothers during the years we've been open and will truly miss all of you. We will no longer be accepting any orders at this time, but should you have a question about using your Peonies carrier or previous order questions please feel free to contact me.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. You may place your order online using our secure shopping cart or by phone at 1-866-922-0552.

All orders are shipped after payment has been received and processed. Processing time currently is four business days.



How are shipping cost calculated?
Shipping cost are calculated by the total weight of items ordered. As our way of saying thank you, orders over $150 ship free of charge.

When will my order arrive?
Peonies Baby Slings ships merchandise via UPS, USPS and FedEx. Many factors determine which option is used to ship your purchase, including the weight and dimensions of the product. Some of the items from our boutique are shipped direct from the manufacturer to your residence or business. Delivery times vary from product to product by shipping time should not exceed 7-14 days. Peonies Baby Slings will make every effort to expedite your order and if and item is back ordered or unavailable you will be notified immediately. Please note that we are unable to arrange delivery to P.O. boxes.

We believe in supporting our service members and
Peonies Baby Slings gladly ship to APO addresses.
Any of the baby carriers on our site can be shipped to an APO address. Other items from our boutique that we do not carry physical stock of that are shipped out by our vendors may have to be shipped to us first and out to you. Should this be the case with your order, we will notify you promptly as our vendors have different policies on APOs (*additional shipping fees may apply for your order).
