We will gladly accept returns of our baby carriers within 14 days of purchase, provided item is in perfect condition. - Buyer must contact us before returning merchandise.
- Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization.
- Buyer is to pay for return shipping.
We will also gladly exchange your item if it was not what you expected. Custom orders cannot be returned.
If
you are exchanging an item because it does not fit or because you
measured incorrectly, we request that you send a photo of the sling in
use, so that we may see where your item needs adjustment (i.e.
shorter/longer tail). - Buyer is to pay for return shipping on all exchanges.
- Please contact us before returning item to us for an exchange.
If we mistakenly sent the wrong size, we will pay for shipping the old item back & shipping a replacement.
