IMPORTANT NOTICE:
With great sadness as of December 16, 2009, Peonies will be closing it's online store. Due to the growth of my other company & the birth of my 3rd child I no longer have the time to manage the boutique. I have enjoyed helping many mothers during the years we've been open and will truly miss all of you. We will no longer be accepting any orders at this time, but should you have a question about using your Peonies carrier or previous order questions please feel free to contact me.

We will gladly accept returns of our baby carriers within 14 days of purchase, provided item is in new condition (unworn, unwashed & tags attached). Beyond our 14 day Return Policy, we guarantee our carriers from one year of purchase! Read more about The Peonies Promise!
How to make a Return:
- Buyer must contact us before returning merchandise.
- Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization.
- Buyer is to pay for return shipping. Additionally, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We will also gladly exchange your item if it was not what you expected. Custom orders cannot be returned.
If you are exchanging an item because it does not fit or because you measured incorrectly, we request that you send a photo of the sling in use, so that we may see where your item needs adjustment (i.e. shorter/longer tail). If we mistakenly sent the wrong size, we will pay for shipping the old item back & shipping a replacement. Shipment Refusal: Customers
who refuse to accept delivery of any order will be held responsible for
all postage and handling fee's associated with the delivery.
Returns & Exchanges on items that are Lost, Delayed or Damaged: Peonies
Baby Slings, LLC is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged items
that are being returned. Please send all returns with insurance and
delivery confirmation. Note: All packages sent via UPS or FedEx are
traceable. Items sent via US postal Service are not traceable nor
insured unless you specifically request those services.
Return Information Regarding Other Brands & Items from our store:
If you ordered the wrong size Belly Bandit in error, we will gladly exchange it for you. All exchanges must be authorized within 7 days of original receipt of purchase.
We do not issue any returns on the Belly Bandit.
The Belly Bandit is an undergarment. Any bands returned damaged, stretched and/or worn will be denied an exchange & returned to you.
PLEASE BE ADVISED! ‐ WHEN TRYING ON YOUR BELLY BANDIT DO NOT STRETCH IT OR WEAR IT FOR ANY LENGTH OF TIME, AS ANY STRETCHED GARMENTS ARE CONSIDERED WORN AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED! - Nursing Bras/Pads & Maternity Lingerie
To ensure the safety of our customers we do not accept exchanges or returns on bras, panties and/or nursing pads.
UNOPENED items in NEW condition may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a full refund of the item purchase price. Original monies will not be refunded, but a gift certificate will be issued for the original purchase value of the returned product.
- Returns for Drop Ship Items
All drop ship items must be returned to the manufacturer at buyer expense and will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
