To thread your Peonies Baby Slings Ring Sling, begin by unfolding it and laying it on a flat
surface with the stitching around the rings and the size labels facing
up.
If you ring sling has a pocket on the tail panel, it should be
facing up as well. It may seem that your sling is sewn inside out,
however rest assured that the pocket will be on the outside by the time
we're done, as whatever fabric is sewn on the inside, once threaded
through the rings, will now be facing outwards.
Next, take the two hemmed edges (rails) of your sling and fold them in towards the center of the body of the sling.
Now take the two outside edges again and fold them in towards the center on top of the hemmed edges from the last step.
The tail (bottom) of your sling should now look like this. with the print or pocket panel facing inwards.
Now we are ready to thread it through the rings! Keeping your carrier laying on a flat surface really helps during this step.
With one hand on the tail of your sling, bring it up towards the rings and thread it through both of them.
Pull the fabric through both rings until it looks like it will fit around your torso comfortably when you go to put it on like a sash. Then take the tail of the sling and fan the fabric out flat on the table with the pocket panel facing down.
Now find the two hemmed edges or sides of the tail and fan them out so that they touch the left and right sides of the rings. This step will make adjustments easier once the sling is on.
Now take the tail and thread it over the top ring and under the bottom ring. And that's it! Your all ready to wear baby!
